You’ll have trouble deciding what to do when you head on over to Science Roll for this week’s Grand Rounds. There’s lots of great posts, but there are also 4, count ’em, four Monty Python sketches!
My personal faves:Parcho, MD, describes the ideal medicine delivery (one that’s done by anyone other than him), and this Python video shows us the ideal high tech delivery…
Now head on over there and give Science Roll and all the medical bloggers some love.
I LOVE that scene – one of my all time favorites. I think one of the most hilarious lines is when the docs are negotiating over what procedures they can do…
Doc 1: “Can I put the probe in the baby’s head?”
Doc2: “only if I can do the episiotomy”
Just brilliant!
And there is nothing better than expensive equipment that Ping!s.
Thank you very much for the morning laugh.
I first saw that movie in 8th grade. I cried with laughter when the headmaster at the boarding school is trying to teach the boys about sex and foreplay. I never have since stopped using the line – “how about a kiss, boy!” Those that remember the scene will recall the lecture on foreplay…
Now off to Netflix to adjust my queue!
Schtrugging:
You can’t go to Net Flix until you go over to Grand Rounds. (Do not pass go. Do not collect $200…)
