Well, to be fair, she was in the middle of conversation. Maybe it was about medical bills they refused paying… If you are in the middle of one conversation, and someone more important is calling, you don’t just let first person wait for an indefinite amount of time. At the very least you have to switch back and tell them – I am sorry, my doctor is calling. But then she’d have to put you on hold and she didn’t want to do that.
