Serves 3? How about 3 americans, 7 or 8 normal sized people.
The Food Network version of the recipe says it makes 8 servings. .

That’s is one lovely bird…. Much plumper than the chicken I see here. I used to get them from my neighbor, but they were always much older birds, long legs and a bit on the tough side…. perfect for stewing.
