What if I told you that there is a restaurant in New York City that serves only Macaroni and Cheese. That’s right – just Mac & Cheese. Made to order, in a dozen different variations, and served bubbling hot in individual cast iron skillets.
What one question could someone then ask you that would make you even happier than I just made you?
How about “Do you want that with or without breadcrumbs?”
Sheer delectable insanity. Sounds like a once a year bday place!
oh. my. god. this has got to be the mothership for a few people i know.
OMG is right.
Once a year is also about right.
I’m comin’ to visit and we’re going there!
Now there’s a place that understands how much mac-n-cheese you really want! And in a cast iron skillet, wow.
I hear there is a place in NYC called Rice to Riches that sells nothing but rice pudding in all sorts of wondrous flavor variety. That would also be a fabulous place to visit. (I think they ship, but imagine the cost!)
Mj –
Definitely go hungry, and forget the side salad. This is neither the time nor the place for it.
Thanks for reading!
